• Clean, normalize, and prepare data for AI model training while engineering relevant features.
• Integrate machine learning models into IT systems and business processes for operational use.
• Enhance algorithms and models to optimize accuracy, runtime, and memory usage.
• Monitor deployed AI models, retraining and adapting them to new data and requirements.
• Document development processes, model architectures, algorithms, and parameters in detail.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with strong focus on AI and machine learning.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, correlations, and distributions.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning pipelines.
• Proficiency with Big Data tools such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure for ML model deployment is an advantage.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and non-relational databases preferred.
