Job Type: Full TimeWhat You'll Do
- Support senior engineers in road and highway design using AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bentley OpenRoads
- Apply foundational civil engineering principles to analyze and design infrastructure projects
- Participate in a structured rotation program with exposure to project controls, procurement, and construction management
- Contribute to Computer-Aided Design (CAD) workstreams, supporting detailed drawings and project documentation
- Gain exposure to multi-disciplinary teams and integrated engineering workflows
- Be prepared to work on-site, at supplier or client locations if required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
- 0-2 years of experience in highway or transportation engineering (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Basic familiarity with CAD tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley Microstation/OpenRoads
- Understanding of other engineering disciplines including electrical, mechanical, or structural is a plus
- Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to sustainable infrastructure projects across Dubai
