- Assist in the design and analysis of highways and roads using engineering theories and practices
- Support the preparation of design drawings, specifications, and calculations under close supervision
- Participate in structured rotations across disciplines such as project controls, procurement, and construction management
- Gain practical exposure to computer-aided design tools including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation, and OpenRoads
- Contribute to compliance with road engineering standards, safety codes, and project requirements
- Support project managers and senior engineers with data analysis, reporting, and coordination tasks
- Participate in site visits, supplier meetings, and client interactions when required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in highway design or engineering (fresh graduates welcome)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation, or OpenRoads design tools
- Basic understanding of engineering principles across civil, electrical, or mechanical fields
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities with eagerness to learn and develop
