Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and assist with locating merchandise within the store or across other Majid Al Futtaim outlets.
Achieve and exceed set sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
Upsell and cross-sell to enhance transaction value and improve overall store performance.
Maintain visual and operational store standards, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and product replenishment at all times.
Follow store security policies to minimize stock loss.
Handle customer concerns efficiently, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
Build a base of repeat customers through strong relationship management and follow-up service.Ideal Profile
High school certificate or equivalent.
1-2 years' retail or sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
