
Sales Associate - Part-Time (UAE Nationals, Dubai)

- Deliver a unique client experience during every sale.
- Master the full sales process: welcome, discover and understand, convince, close, and develop.
- Adapt approach to meet each client's needs and motivations.
- Handle negotiations and objections with confidence.
- Communicate the passion and values of the Maison.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Build strong client relationships and foster loyalty.
- Grow the client portfolio through targeted Customer Relationship Management (CRM) actions.
- Participate in client events and represent the Maison as a true ambassador.
- Follow all brand and boutique policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Support boutique opening and closing activities.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist with special projects when required.
- Experience: Minimum two years in luxury retail sales or similar, with a track record of achieving targets and building client relationships.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge: Understanding of luxury goods (jewellery and timepieces preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Language: Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
