The successful candidate will oversee the formulation and maintenance of ADNOC's AIMS, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, HSEMS, and international best practices. The role requires close collaboration with operations, maintenance, and inspection teams to maintain asset integrity and assure safety, reliability, and performance.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, update, and manage Asset Integrity Management System in line with ADNOC and international standards.
  • Act as custodian of technical safety standards, ensuring alignment with HSEMS and IMS.
  • Monitor implementation of integrity policies and compliance across all assets.
  • Facilitate pre-startup safety reviews and participate in process safety incident investigations.
  • Oversee verification of integrity assurance during all project phases, including design, commissioning, and operations.
  • Conduct audits on Management of Change (MOC) and ensure effective risk control measures.
  • Lead risk and hazard assessments such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL studies, and QRA.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for integrity-related failures and recommend preventive measures.
  • Ensure timely communication and implementation of all AIMS policies and procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
  • Provide technical advice on integrity-related matters to stakeholders and participate in technical safety reviews.
  • Drive awareness sessions and training on asset integrity management and MOC processes.
Candidate Requirements
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in asset integrity, process design, or technical safety roles within oil & gas operations.
  • Strong knowledge of AIMS, process safety management systems, and international codes and standards.
  • Proven experience in risk assessment tools (JSA, PHA, HAZID, HAZOP, PSSR) and safety studies.
  • Certifications such as Functional Safety Professional, NEBOSH Process Safety, or HAZOP Team Leader preferred.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills; ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
