- To ensure achievement of top line and bottom line targets through providing marketing planning, support and execution.
- To ensuring optimal utilization of resources of Market research agencies, Advertising agencies, Media Agencies.
- To identify research needs, evaluate Market Research proposals and to implement and control necessary actions emanating out of research.
- To do both primary and secondary sales analysis.
- To do Competition / consumer, Media and Profitability tracking.
- To formulate long term and short term strategy objectives and prepare incremental plans for marketing and brand building and to execute those plans.
- To ensure development and implementation of marketing mix elements in line with Business/ Marketing Plans.
- 3+ years of experience in product/brand management in FMCG or beauty industry
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- MBA - Essential from a Premier institute.
- Strong analytical, creative, and execution skills
- Fluent in English
