  • Provide regular progress reports and collaborate with project managers
  • Oversee site logistics, material deliveries, and tool usage
  • Resolve site-related challenges and facilitate smooth operations
  • Assist with final handover inspections and client satisfaction reviews
Ideal Profile
  • Proven site supervision or foreman experience in Dubai\'s renovation or fit-out industry
  • Hands-on understanding of local materials, building codes, and project requirements
  • Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in reading construction drawings and site documentation
  • Fluent in English; Russian or Arabic knowledge is a plus
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle
