- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with DP World's business goals
- Oversee end-to-end IT operations, including infrastructure, ERP/CRM/HRMS platforms, cybersecurity, and user support
- Lead budgeting, cost optimization, and performance monitoring for all IT functions
- Manage data center operations, data governance, and secure network infrastructure
- Implement digital solutions and automation to drive operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with audit and security regulations through IT governance best practices
- Supervise internal and external audits and implement control measures against information security risks
- Lead cross-functional project delivery with strict timeline and cost controls
- Monitor and evaluate new technologies, conduct POCs, and lead implementation plans
- Drive team performance through mentoring, succession planning, and training
- Organize user reviews, feedback surveys, and satisfaction assessments to refine service delivery
- Lead change management initiatives across the IT division, integrating international best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent (Master's preferred)
- Proven leadership in managing IT departments in large enterprises or high-value tech projects
- Broad knowledge of the latest information technologies, infrastructure management, and enterprise applications
- Expertise in cybersecurity, IT governance, and audit compliance
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., IFS, Oracle), CRM, HRMS, and network administration
- Strong technical issue resolution, multi-project handling, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Trained in Safety, Occupational Health, and Information Security standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, optimize cost, and scale IT solutions in complex environments
