- Develop and execute a robust IT strategy aligned with overall business growth and digital transformation goals
- Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS, IFS), and IT support services
- Manage the IT budget, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and service optimization
- Enforce information security protocols and compliance with ISR regulations to safeguard data and IP
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring all IT processes comply with international standards and audit requirements
- Direct the implementation of new technologies, including proof of concept (POC) testing and integration planning
- Drive operational efficiency through automation, IT governance frameworks, and best practices adoption
- Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and innovation
- Conduct periodic stakeholder engagement, user satisfaction reviews, and change management initiatives
- Evaluate security gaps, implement threat mitigation strategies, and lead crisis response planning
- Manage large-scale IT projects with clear delivery timelines, resource planning, and measurable KPIs
- Provide direction on employee training, succession planning, and departmental manpower planning
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT management, preferably within large organizations or logistics environments
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity, network architecture, enterprise systems, and IT operations management
- Strong knowledge of data governance, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation tools
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a results-driven mindset
- Track record of managing high-value IT projects and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Familiarity with international IT standards, audit practices, and regulatory compliance
