We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Arabic-speaking Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our leading Pediatric Center in Abu Dhabi. The role will be a mix of school-based and center-based services, supporting children with developmental, physical, and learning challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children in both school and clinical settings.Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each childs developmental and educational needs.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support childrens functional independence.Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions that promote motor, sensory, cognitive, and social skills.Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust intervention plans as required.Educate families and caregivers on strategies to continue support at home and in school.RequirementsDOH License (mandatory).Arabic speaking (mandatory); proficiency in English is an advantage.Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.Previous experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to join immediately.
