- Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly inventory counts to control costs and minimize waste.
- Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform cashiering functions according to outlet policies and maintain financial accuracy.
- Maintain detailed daily logs, operational reports, and update departmental records.
- Report maintenance issues through HOTSOS and ensure timely resolution.
- Train and coach team members to deliver high-end bar and beverage service.
- Maintain a professional appearance, hygiene, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Provide personalized beverage recommendations to guests, including wines and cocktail pairings.
- Promote an inclusive and culturally sensitive workplace.
- Experience in bar operations, beverage service, or F&B coordination within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktail recipes, and beverage service standards.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
