- Serve as the main point of contact for guest inquiries regarding dining and hotel offerings
- Handle feedback and special requests with professionalism, ensuring positive guest impressions
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural work setting
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
