- Implement and oversee quality assurance/control processes across all stages of construction
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Maintain quality documentation, prepare ITPs, and raise NCRs as needed
- Liaise with consultants, site teams, and subcontractors for smooth project delivery
- Ensure all civil works are executed as per approved drawings, codes, and safety standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in QA/QC roles in construction (GCC or home country experience welcome)
- Familiar with construction codes, site QA/QC procedures, and documentation
- Knowledge of testing standards, material inspections, and reporting
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
