
Finance & Reporting Manager

- Lead month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate preparation and delivery of management accounts aligned with business rhythms
- Own the integrity of the general ledger; develop comprehensive knowledge of transaction flows, data hierarchies, and accounting treatments across markets and product lines
- Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting processes, including enhancing automation, efficiency, and accuracy across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
- Harmonize and standardize country-level financial data across multiple ERP platforms to improve visibility, consistency, and reporting transparency across products and operational units
- Manage regulatory and statutory reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local financial regulations in the MENA region
- Provide commercial and operational finance insights to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and performance management discussions with senior leadership
- Partner cross-functionally to develop and scale a tech-enabled, resilient finance function designed to support multi-market expansion and digital innovation
- Document finance processes, controls, and workflows to ensure scalability and audit readiness
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably within multinational or fast-growth digital consumer or technology companies (B2C)
- Strong accounting foundation with proven expertise in financial reporting, general ledger management, and statutory compliance
- Demonstrated success managing month-end close processes and aligning financial data across disparate ERP systems or financial platforms
- Experience driving finance process automation, controls optimization, and data integrity improvements
- Comfortable working with large transactional datasets, including data mapping, financial analytics, and hierarchical reporting structures
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting tools, and documentation best practices
- Prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or telco, especially in a regional MENA context, is highly desirable
