To report punctually to duty and to be in proper department standard uniform.2. To treat all customers and colleagues in a polite, courteous manner at all times. To also give full cooperation and assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner to both customer needs.3. To be flexible in assisting in other departments of the hotel in response to the business and customer needs.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Carry out routine inspections, testing, cleaning, and maintenance of swimming pools & water featuresMonitor and adjust chemical levels to ensure water safety and quality in accordance with UAE regulationsDiagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinatorsEnsure all maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently and to standardMaintain accurate records of chemical levels, servicing, and inspectionsCollaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and minimize downtimeFollow all health, safety, and hygiene protocolsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as a swimming pool technician in a hotel, resort, or facilities environment in the UAESolid understanding of pool systems, filtration, and water treatmentCertification in pool operation or water treatment is a plusAbility to work independently and respond quickly to urgent maintenance issuesStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to preventive maintenanceAvailability for face-to-face interviews in DubaiA positive, solution-oriented attitude with a commitment to guest satisfactionCAREERS Join us in our mission to make every moment matter for our guests and be part of the most inspired hotel company in the world.
