- Prepare cost analysis reports and benchmark sourcing functions when required.
- Communicate with suppliers on quality issues and suggest areas for improvement.
- Develop and present reports on functional metrics to enhance performance and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity of product specifications and expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or category management within FMCG or retail sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability in vendor relationship management and cost optimization.
- Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills.
