- Drive the development of private label products across assigned categories
- Ensure integration of private label strategy within overall merchandising function
- Coordinate with Quality, Sourcing, and Sales Development teams to prioritize product launches
- Manage marketing and communication strategies for product visibility online and offline
- Track KPIs related to category sales, profitability, and ensure corrective measures when required
- Oversee policies and procedures related to private label development and execution
- Foster collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely product launches and strong customer experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in product development and brand management
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a strategic mindset
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and deliver measurable results
