We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Junior Finance Assistant to support our Accounts and Sales Team across day-to-day finance operations. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ experience who’s ready to grow, take ownership, and make a visible impact in a fast-moving business.If spreadsheets calm your soul and payment deadlines get your heart racing (in a good way), let’s talk.Accounts & Payments

Upload supplier bills and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule (ZOHO)
Monitor payments due by customers, track and chase outstanding balances and proactively follow up to ensure timely collection
Manage customer advance payments, record reconciliations, and assist with cheque readiness
Share and maintain updated Statement of Accounts (SOAs) with customers and suppliers

Operational Finance Support

Assist with finance documentation for order processing and delivery workflows
Liaise with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth financial coordination

General Finance Administration

Update vendor/customer records in ZOHO Books
Schedule reminders for due dates, payment cycles, and periodic reporting
Maintain accurate and organized digital records for audits and reporting purposes
Respond to routine finance queries from other departments
