Export Sales Coordinator

• Manage the end-to-end sales documentation process, including preparation of quotations, pro-forma invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, and tax invoices in line with client requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Laboratory, Production, and Stores teams to track sample requests, monitor stock availability, and ensure timely processing of orders.
• Oversee material and inventory transactions, including MRN, costing, and stock allocation, while maintaining accurate records for reporting and compliance.
• Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to company policies.
