  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
  • Certified Procurement Professional (CIPS, CSCP, CPSM, or equivalent) preferred
  • 20 years in procurement with at least 15 in UAE
  • Experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects and module fabrication
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
