- Develop and execute targeted retail acquisition strategies to meet sales targets and accelerate market share growth across the retail ecosystem
- Build and sustain robust partnerships with key retail channels, including but not limited to electronics outlets, mobile stores, and allied retail networks, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives
- Lead contract negotiations, securing favorable terms for product placement, promotional collaborations, and retail visibility
- Drive in-store activation initiatives to enhance product presentation, visibility, and customer experience, collaborating closely with marketing to deliver tailored retail campaigns
- Manage and mentor a high-performing retail acquisition team, setting clear KPIs, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering professional growth
- Analyze retail sales performance and market trends regularly, leveraging data-driven insights to refine acquisition strategies and improve ROI
- Deliver detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders to support informed decision-making
- Oversee the retail acquisition budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize commercial impact and efficiency
- 12+ years of progressive experience in retail acquisition, channel management, or business development within telecommunications, technology, or consumer electronics sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record in establishing and managing strategic retail partnerships that drive revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Highly analytical mindset with expertise in leveraging sales data and market insights to shape strategy
- Deep understanding of the MENA retail and telecommunications landscape is strongly preferred
