Job descriptionJob Role: Business Solutions ManagerJob Location: Sharjah, UAEJob DescriptionJob Purpose:
  • Acts as a strategic technology partner to business units, working in close alignment with functional leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that directly support their objectives. Focuses on delivering outcome-driven, high-value solutions that streamline processes, enhance productivity, improve customer and employee experiences, increase revenue, or reduce costs.
  • Takes full ownership from issue identification through to solution delivery, applying both technical expertise and business insight to ensure effective implementation and adoption.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technology initiatives, and ensuring that solutions deliver measurable and sustainable benefits. Promotes a culture of innovation and operational excellence, ensuring technology catalyzes business growth and success.
Key Result Responsibilities: * Drive Innovation – Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies and best practices to deliver measurable business improvements and competitive advantage.
  • Embed in the Business – Partner closely with business leaders to understand objectives and challenges, translating them into practical, high-impact IT solutions.
  • Deliver Tangible Results – Ensure technology initiatives directly improve efficiency, enhance customer and employee experiences, increase revenue, or reduce costs.
  • Lead Solution Delivery – Oversee end-to-end delivery from concept to adoption, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and rapidly deployed.
  • Maximize ROI – Prioritize and manage IT investments to achieve the highest return, ensuring resources are focused on initiatives that create real value.
  • Evolve Capabilities – Maintain a forward-looking technology roadmap that aligns with business strategy and anticipates future needs.
  • Inspire & Influence – Lead cross-functional teams and work with internal and external partners to embed a culture of digital enablement and continuous improvement.
Requirements (Academic, training, languages, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Technology/ Aviation or equivalent, Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Expert in Excel and Spreadsheets), Internet, Web Search, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
  • Understanding and demonstrable success in delivering initiatives and improvements across commercial verticals such as sales, revenue, network, contact center, and marketing
Work Experience/Other Competencies(Internal candidates may be exempted from certain requirements based on experience and competency.)
  • Leadership & Strategic IT Management – 8+ years in technology management, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role driving business-focused IT strategy and execution.
  • Aviation Industry Expertise – Strong track record in the aviation/airline sector; experience in low-cost carriers is highly advantageous.
  • Stakeholder Influence; Relationship Management – Proven ability to engage senior executives, manage complex stakeholder landscapes, and deliver business-critical IT solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Business Transformation; Change Enablement – Skilled in designing and implementing technology solutions that enable large-scale business transformation, improve performance, and create competitive advantage.
  • Enterprise Solution Delivery – Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact IT initiatives using industry-standard methodologies, with a focus on speed, scalability, and measurable results.
  • Risk Management & Decision Making – Adept at identifying risks, defining mitigation plans, and making timely, informed decisions that protect delivery timelines and quality.
  • Project Leadership & Execution – Experienced in leading multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring clear objectives, effective resource use, and successful delivery within agreed scope, time, and budget.
  • Benchmarking & Market Analysis – Proficient in conducting benchmarking, feasibility studies, and market analysis scans to recommend best practices and operational enhancements.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solving – Expert in analyzing complex data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities, translating insights into cost-effective, high-impact solutions.
  • Influence, Negotiation & Communication – Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and communicate effectively across all levels to achieve alignment and secure buy-in.
  • Innovation & Market Awareness – Keeps abreast of technology and market trends, translating emerging
