  • Maximize sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive customer engagement
  • Maintain high store standards, including visual presentation, cleanliness, and stock availability
  • Address customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating to the store manager when needed
  • Support store operations such as inventory checks, cash handling, and compliance with loss prevention procedures
  • Promote other Majid Al Futtaim brands when relevant products are unavailable in-store
Candidate Requirements
  • High school certificate or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on service excellence
  • Ability to handle a busy sales floor with professionalism and energy
