  • Welcome and assist customers in finding the right product based on their needs
  • Promote repeat business through suggestive selling and loyalty program registration
  • Follow the GUEST selling process: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and respond promptly to inquiries
Store Operations and POS Handling
  • Efficiently handle billing, POS, and payment transactions including cash, cards, and vouchers
  • Tally the cash register at shift start and end; issue accurate receipts and refunds
  • Maintain sales confidentiality and strictly adhere to security and SOP protocols
Merchandising and Inventory
  • Ensure products are displayed according to brand layout and visual standards
  • Monitor stock levels, record incoming and outgoing inventory, and report discrepancies
  • Support clearance sales and restocking processes per store guidelines
Presentation and Conduct
  • Maintain a polished appearance and follow grooming standards at all times
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to assist with cross-selling and promotions
  • Remain flexible to work extended hours during peak sales or seasonal periods
Candidate Requirements
  • Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a sales-driven mindset
  • Ability to stand for extended hours and perform basic inventory and POS operations
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-focused
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and during promotional events
