- Deliver technical support and help desk services for hardware and software issues
- Manage Active Directory tasks including user accounts, permissions, and security controls
- Support IT asset logistics, hardware movement, and inventory tracking
- Participate in incident management, access provisioning, and hospitality system support based on ITIL practices
- Assist with vendor coordination for data protection and IT compliance initiatives
- Provide technical support for IT setups during new hotel openings
- Current student in hospitality, IT, or a related field, or a recent graduate
- Previous internship in luxury hospitality or IT support is preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a multicultural environment
