- Deliver professional dining service, ensuring attentive and personalized guest interactions
- Welcome and seat guests, managing smooth and timely service throughout their visit
- Gain full knowledge of menu items, beverages, and promotions to assist guests confidently
- Upsell food and beverage offerings to enhance the dining experience and support revenue goals
- Handle phone inquiries, reservations, and special requests through F and B systems
- Assist in maintaining high service standards, cleanliness, and presentation at all times
- Current student in hospitality or business studies, or a recent graduate
- Previous internship in a luxury hotel or restaurant is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; other international languages are an advantage
- Enthusiastic, guest-focused, and eager to learn within a multicultural hospitality environment
- Availability to begin in August
