We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer (Façade) to join our expanding team. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to grow their engineering career in a dynamic and supportive work environment. The role involves direct supervision and coordination of façade system installations, including curtain walls, windows, and sliding systems on-site.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the installation of façade systems, ensuring compliance with approved technical drawings and safety protocols
Coordinate material delivery schedules and monitor inventory at the project site
Ensure accurate alignment and quality of work, while initiating and managing inspections where required
Identify and resolve any technical or on-site issues effectively and efficiently
Keep daily site progress reports up to date and participate in site coordination meetings
Support the snagging process and assist in the final handover of works
Work closely with QA/QC teams, Health & Safety Officers, and project management to ensure timely project deliveryRequirements:Degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 2 years of proven experience in façade installation or related site works
