Netsuite Project Manager

• Experience in Project Management involving Initiation, Requirement Analysis, Project Scoping, Planning (Estimation, Scheduling & Milestones), Quality & KPI Monitoring, Risk management, Communication between project stakeholders, Execution Control and Delivery
• Manage projects through on-time and on-budget delivery
• On-going project status monitoring and reporting
• Use industry experience, business analysis, and best practices within NetSuite to solve clients' most complex business problems.
• Perform full NetSuite ERP and CRM implementations, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel and provide client training as needed.
• Plan and consult with client on business process improvements to configure system features and functions.
• Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating to unique industry, business, and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business specifications.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers.
• Work with client to demonstrate the scripted solution and assist with any issues.
• Conduct demos, train, and walkthrough different NetSuite process areas.
• Prepare work scope documents resulting from personalization sessions, encapsulating proposed solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues arising during configuration sessions.

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
