Production Foreman

• Supervise and guide workshop staff in fabrication, assembly, and fitting tasks
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution
• Monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and troubleshoot issues
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment availability
• Provide updates to the Ground Supervisor or Project Manager
• Maintain safety and discipline on the shop floor

• 1–3 years’ experience as a foreman or team lead (skilled candidates with less experience may apply)
