- Sales Targets: Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch sales goals including loans, credit cards, CASA, and Liabilities
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities for new payroll company and customer acquisition.
- Cross sell other products to customers to increase the bank's market share.
- Participate in customer acquisition events and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal bank policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Participate in compliance training and audits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal banking products.
- Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and suitability.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on product offerings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of personal banking products and services
- Communication: High level of interpersonal skill. Excellent spoken and written English. Arabic is a distinct advantage but not a requirement.
