Work Flexibility: OnsiteWe are seeking a dynamic Product Manager in Dubaï to drive the growth of our Joint Replacement portfolio across the MEA region.What you will doConduct competitive analysis and gather insights to inform product strategy.Develop and maintain strong networks for obtaining competitive information.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and articulate customer needs.Create and implement marketing plans, including strategic and annual plans.Manage budget forecasts and provide supporting information for financial decisions.Develop value propositions and segmentation based on customer insights.Lead the development of marketing messages and materials to support sales efforts.Analyze customer satisfaction data to enhance strategic planning and improve engagement.What you will needRequired:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in marketing/product managementPrior experience in Medical Devices industryProficiency in EnglishExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)Preferred:MBA (Master’s in Business Administration) or equivlalent advance degreeExperience in Joint Replacement or related Orthopaedic sepcialty is highly valuedTravel Percentage: 40%
