We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations for our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
Ensure network connectivity and resolve internet or server-related problems
Perform regular system backups, updates, and security checks
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Collaborate with external vendors for system upgrades and maintenance when required
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT Support or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and basic server management
Familiarity with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred:
Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
