- Collaborate with department heads to assess manpower needs and develop job descriptions.
- Advertise vacancies through approved channels, including government portals and professional networks.
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews in compliance with internal procedures.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments, providing professional evaluations to hiring departments.
- Ensure compliance with Emiratization policies and recruitment standards.
- Coordinate background checks, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system and generate periodic reports.
- Represent the entity at career fairs and recruitment events to promote public sector career opportunities.
- Stay updated with labor laws, market trends, and HR best practices in the UAE public sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the government or semi-government sector.
