We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you come from a security services background and are fluent in both English and Arabic, this could be your next career move!The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and promoting our services across the UAE. Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and well-versed in the local market, especially within the security services domain.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote security services
Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify business opportunities
Prepare marketing campaigns tailored to client needs and company goals
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adjust strategies accordingly
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Prepare sales reports and update management with progress and targets

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales & marketing within the UAE
Prior background in the security services industry is essential
Must be bilingual - fluent in both English and Arabic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of the UAE market
Must be currently residing in the UAE
