Translate business objectives and project schedules into HR operational plans ensuring optimal workforce utilization.
Develop and enforce HR guidelines aligned with ISO, OHSAS, and labour compliance requirements.
Oversee compliance with labour laws and maintain strong relationships with authorities to mitigate risks.
Ensure contractors and subcontractors meet statutory norms, safety standards, and site access protocols.
Establish grievance redressal mechanisms and lead employee welfare initiatives.
Conduct climate surveys, engagement audits, and safety culture assessments.
Drive annual performance appraisals linked to measurable KPIs and project outcomes.
Deploy and manage HRIS for real-time workforce tracking and analytics.
Generate manpower and cost optimization reports for management and client reviews.
Standardize onboarding, offboarding, and site administration processes.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and timekeeping systems across corporate and site teams.
Implement HR automation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.Candidate Requirements
MBA or Master's degree in HR; certifications in Industrial Relations or Labour Laws preferred.
15+ years of HR leadership experience in construction, EPC, or large-scale real estate projects.
Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and large workforce structures.
Strong knowledge of labour compliance, HSE integration, and HR systems.
