Job Description:

Select appropriate raw materials and apply formulation knowledge to develop coil coating systems that meet defined product specifications and customer performance requirements.
Conduct paint formulation, laboratory testing, performance evaluation, and data analysis with a high level of technical rigor.
Accurately document experimental results, maintain lab notebooks, and prepare technical reports and presentations to support internal reviews or customer discussions.
Expand technical and market knowledge related to coil coating technologies and their applications across relevant industries
