- Assign and supervise daily tasks for room attendants, ensuring efficient completion of duties.
- Conduct monthly inventories of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
- Manage shift handovers, reporting any discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Monitor usage of amenities, chemicals, equipment, and linen to control costs and prevent misuse.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain Accor's cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring service satisfaction.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to housekeeping staff.
- Support smooth coordination with other hotel departments for seamless guest experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team while also working hands-on when required.
- Physically fit to handle lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
