Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards.Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve departmental goals.Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation.Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies of linens, amenities, and cleaning materials.Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with hotel policies.Requirements:Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor (minimum 2–3 years in a 4 or 5-star property).Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
