- Lead the development and execution of the MEA marketing strategy in alignment with global objectives.
- Oversee brand management, portfolio strategy, innovation, and go-to-market plans across multiple categories.
- Drive consumer insights and market intelligence to inform brand positioning and strategy.
- Manage and optimise regional marketing budgets to deliver high ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing teams across the region.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, trade marketing, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, and retail partners to enhance brand visibility and performance.
- Champion digital transformation and integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen consumer engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 12+ years' marketing experience within the FMCG sector, including regional exposure across MEA.
- Proven track record in leading successful brand strategies and driving growth in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, multi-market teams.
- Expertise in consumer insights, innovation management, and integrated campaign execution.
- Commercially astute with the ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
