The position goes beyond traditional reception duties - you will be the first impression for guests, partners, and leadership, and serve as the welcoming face of the business.   • Greet and welcome visitors, creating a professional and friendly first impression
  • Manage front desk operations including phone handling, couriers, and visitor management
  • Coordinate simple travel arrangements and itineraries for internal teams (following clear travel policy)
  • Provide light admin support when needed, assisting senior team members with occasional requests
  • Ensure the reception area remains neat, organised, and aligned with the company's high standards
  • Be a helpful team player across the office and promote a positive working environment
