- Supervise housekeeping operations and lead team members with professionalism and integrity.
- Create duty rosters, delegate tasks, and brief staff across departments.
- Ensure guests, clients, and colleagues are welcomed and assisted discreetly and courteously.
- Manage inventories, stock control, vendor directories, and contract agreements.
- Prepare reports, maintain filing systems, and oversee departmental documentation.
- Motivate, guide, and mentor team members to achieve performance and service goals.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international hospitality company.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with cultural awareness and respect.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and maintain service excellence.
