- Developing Corporate Sales Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to expand market share and achieve sales goals.
- Identifying and Acquiring Clients: Prospect, identify, and acquire new corporate clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Building Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within corporate accounts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Presentation and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Al Haramain Perfumes' offerings and value proposition to potential clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and finalize sales agreements, ensuring terms are favorable to both the client and Al Haramain Perfumes.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track progress against targets and present findings to management.
- Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury goods industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
