The role is ideal for a candidate who has hands-on HR experience in the UAE and is eager to contribute to building a professional HR setup while supporting the growth of a fast-growing multinational startup in the asset management and financial services sector.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and related documentation.HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain employee records, files, and HR databases with accuracy.Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and internal HR policies.Liaise with the PRO for visa processing and other government requirements.Employee Engagement & CommunicationSupport internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities.Assist in implementing HR policies and coordinating performance review processes.Payroll & Leave ManagementHandle leave management, employee attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination.Ensure confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR documents.RequirementsRequirementsMinimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE (Dubai experience preferred).Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be on a spouse visa.Female applicants are encouraged to apply in line with the company’s women employment initiative.BenefitsWhat We OfferA supportive and dynamic work environment in a fast-growing multinational startup.Opportunity to grow and contribute to a professional HR function within the financial services sector.Competitive salary based on experience (up to AED 7,000 per month – candidates expecting more will not be considered).
