Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle payroll preparation and coordination with the finance department.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and company handbook.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Coordinate visa processing, work permits, and renewals (if applicable for the region).
  • Assist in performance appraisals and employee evaluations.
Office Administration Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office operations and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Handle travel arrangements, meetings, and scheduling for staff and management.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in HR and office administration roles.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
