- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle payroll preparation and coordination with the finance department.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and company handbook.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Coordinate visa processing, work permits, and renewals (if applicable for the region).
- Assist in performance appraisals and employee evaluations.
- Oversee office operations and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
- Manage correspondence, filing systems, and documentation.
- Handle travel arrangements, meetings, and scheduling for staff and management.
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in HR and office administration roles.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
