- Lead the full HR operations and employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to drive a high-performance, people-first culture.
- Act as the go-to HR partner in a standalone role with the potential to scale and build a future HR team.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven startup or fast-growth company experience - adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-driven.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems/HRIS and MS Office.
