
Change Management Consultant – Abu Dhabi

- Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new technologies, systems, and processes.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and readiness plans across enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Create engaging communication strategies, training programs, and supporting materials for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and leadership engagements with clarity and influence.
- Advise client stakeholders on navigating change, building alignment, and overcoming resistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including program managers, technical experts, and internal client stakeholders.
- Monitor change effectiveness and proactively manage risks or barriers to successful adoption.
- 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in change management, ideally within a consulting or large organizational environment.
- Prior involvement in ERP or enterprise technology rollouts (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; comfortable working in ambiguity.
- Experience on global, multicultural projects with cross-time zone collaboration.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and initiative.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
- Familiarity with human centred design or design thinking methodologies.
- Multilingual capabilities.
