- Handle ticketing and reservation requests for clients, ensuring accurate booking details and timely confirmations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to travel arrangements, both in person and via phone or email.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure bookings and manage changes or cancellations efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients.
- Utilize reservation systems and software to manage bookings, generate reports, and track client preferences and special requests.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in ticketing and reservation within the travel industry.
- Proficiency with global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
