- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning and development programmes across various formats (e.g., online, classroom, blended learning).
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make improvements based on data analysis and feedback.
- Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Research and implement best practices in L&D to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the L&D field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar L&D role.
- Strong instructional design and training delivery skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
