Guest Services Executive - Front Office - Jumeirah Al Qasr - Dubai

• Manage smooth and efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Process guest payments and handle billing inquiries securely, managing both cash and card transactions.
• Allocate rooms according to guest preferences, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist with reservation amendments, confirmations, and cancellations in line with hotel policies.
• Address and resolve guest complaints effectively, escalating when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote hotel amenities and services during interactions, upselling where appropriate to enhance guest experiences.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star property; UAE experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS (Cloud).
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage guest concerns in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English and Russian languages; additional languages are an advantage.
